We ship worldwide but we have stopped shipping to the following countries due to Covid19 : Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Chad, Cuba, China, Lao's People Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen, UK.

FREE shipping (3-5 business days) for U.S. orders over $75. 

FREE shipping (7-20 business days) for Canada orders over $150 

$12 flat rate shipping(7-10 business days) for Canada orders over $100

For other countries, please refer to the Shipping Rates Calculator at checkout for rates and transit times. All shipping rates do not include tax and duty fees. It will be charged upon delivery and can range depending on the country and order value.

Delivery 

Please expect a processing time of 3-5 days. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed so we do not suggest ordering items needed for a strict delivery date. Delivery couriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes so please provide actual address. A valid street address is required. For any delivery delays or updates, please contact the courier. 

We are not responsible for any delays, stolen packages, or misdeliveries. In the case that this does occur, please reach out to our team help@sparktrendz.com and we will do our best to locate the package/file a claim with the delivery company.
