Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds. We allow free size exchanges up to 30 days for US customers only. For international customers, you will have to cover shipping cost. The original item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. If you would like to start an exchange, please proceed to our return center 

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact help@sparktrendz.com within a week of delivery. Make sure to provide photos and your order number in the email. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
