We do not offer returns or refunds. We allow free size exchanges up to 30 days for US customers only. For international customers, you will have to cover shipping cost. Damaged / Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of delivery. Make sure to provide photos and your order number in the email. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
