All new releases are usually preorders. The estimate ship time can be found in the item description. Please refer to our preorder tracker for updates, it is 100% accurate and updated weekly. We will also send out email updates when there is a change in status if you are subscribed to our email list.
Your order won't be shipped until ALL the items in your order are in stock. If you want us to ship in stock items first, please place orders seperately.
In the case of order cancellation, you must email us within 24 hours of placing the order because we process orders very quickly.
You may request to change your product size, shipping address, or add products to your order. Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
You may also request to change products if they are the same or higher price. You just have to pay the difference.
In the case of pre-orders, you may cancel or make changes at anytime as long as the item has not completed production. Production status can be found in the item description.
Once you place an order, a tracking will be sent to you via email once the order has shipped.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery date on your tracking, please contact us within 7 days.
1. Your billing information was incorrect
2. Too many credit card attempts
3. Incorrect CC, zip code, or expiration date
4. The item you bought is no longer available
In any of the cases, Shopify will flag your order as fraudulent and your order will be cancelled. You will have to place your order again.
You might receive an email saying your order has been shipped, but the tracking hasn't moved yet and will say "waiting on package to arrive at facility".
We pre-print all the labels. This just means we have NOT shipped your order yet. Tracking will update once we ship.
This usually occurs when the address is incorrect or a failed delivery attempt. We will contact you with the reason and process a replacement order for you. In the case that you don’t get an email from us, please contact us at email@example.com for an update.
If you don’t respond after 7 days, we will cancel your order and refund you. Shipping cost is non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid delivery address.
For international orders:
International orders have limited tracking. If you select USPS international shipping, your country’s postal service will handle delivery so please contact them for update (Example: Australian Post, Deutsche Post, etc)
For US and Canada Orders:
Please wait 4-5 days after the expected delivery date before contacting your carrier.
Sometimes shipping couriers deliver to the wrong address like your neighbors and it may be returned to you in 4-5 days. Or in the case that it is lost, sometimes shipping couriers are able to find it and will complete the delivery in 4-5 days.
We do not cover lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure location for delivery and deliveries are up to the shipping couriers, which are out of our control.
You can add coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages by selecting Shipping Protection at checkout! Learn more under our Shipping and Delivery policy.
If your order arrives defective in any way, please splease contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We do not cover packages that were damaged in transit. If you'd like to add coverage for this, please select Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout!
We do not offer returns or refunds as every item is made to order.We mayallow size exchanges, but the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. The original item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Start your exchange here.
Most of our collections are limited releases so once they sell out, we will not be restocking.

community and receive restock updates/early access to our drops.
Our embroidery pieces are made of high quality threads that are meant to last a long time. We recommend turning the product inside out, machine washing cold, tumble/delicate drying on low heat. Another option would be to hang dry, which is the best way to prevent shrinkage.
For varsity jackets and rhinestone pieces, we recommend washing with cold water and hang dry.
Some embroidery pieces may have a paper on the back. This is referred to as a stabilizer and is an essential in keeping the embroidery from deforming and intact.
You may cut around it so it is more circular, but it is important you don't remove it or cut the embroidery threads.
In-stock products, you can expect a processing time of 3-5 days before it ships.
Preorders can take up to 1.5 months. We will always put an estimated ship time in the product descriptions.
