Pre-order Info

PRE-ORDER INFO

All new releases are usually preorders and the item will have the tag and PRE-ORDER button. The estimate ship time can be found in the item description and will be updated frequently. The date displayed is an estimate of when the product will be in stock and shipped to you and is not a guaranteed delivery date. When we start prepping your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking. The order is not shipped until the tracking updates and shows in transit. We kindly ask customers who have strict deadlines and can not wait long periods of time for their orders to not pre-order and choose from our collection of stock items. 

CANCELLATION 

You can cancel your pre-order at any anytime as long as it is BEFORE the item finishes production. This info can be found in the order description and will be updated frequently. If the order is cancelled after we have made your item, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value to cover transaction fees charged by the payment platform. 

You may request to change your product size, shipping address, or add products to your order. Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

You may also request to change products if they are the same or higher price. You just have to pay the difference.
